Required Course Materials:

This program is designed, in partnership with OSF, to prepare students for the care and handling of the critically ill and injured. Emphasis is on the development of skills in the assessment of illnesses and the application of proper emergency care procedures. This course meets national or state guidelines for basic EMT training. Students who successfully complete this course will be able to sit for the national registry EMT basic licensure exam.
